How to choose a flow range

  1. Identify the normal operating flow and required maximum flow.
  2. Confirm the gas and the standard conditions used for SLPM.
  3. Check inlet and outlet pressure, available pressure difference and signal requirements.
  4. If the requirement is near a group boundary, confirm the range with an engineer.
